Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Jimmy J on Sep 20, 2025, 9:17 AM
Flow rate on this thing is listed at 1700 liters per minute, is that gonna hold up in a plastic molding setup running pretty hard most of the day?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 22, 2025, 6:34 AM
For plastic molding applications, that flow capacity is more than adequate. Cartridge valves in this class are built specifically for high-demand environments where flows push past 150 L/min, and 1700 L/min gives you a lot of headroom. The design prioritizes fast response times, which matters in molding cycles where you need consistent, repeatable motion control without lag.
Question by: Harvey A on Dec 21, 2025, 12:50 PM
Can this be used in plastic molding machines?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 23, 2025, 6:36 AM
Cartridge valves like this one are often found in plastic molding machines because they are good for power transmission and motion control.
