Flow rate on this one says 600 liters per minute, is that enough for a press or molding machine setup, or is that on the lower end for that kind of work?

For presses and plastics molding machines, 600 liters per minute is well within a solid working range. This valve was built with exactly those applications in mind, along with die casting machines and metal forming equipment. So if your system falls into any of those categories, you're not undershooting on flow capacity with this one.
