Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Neil W on Aug 4, 2025, 7:04 AM
flow rate on this one's listed at 30 liters per minute, that enough for press or machine tool work, or is it meant for lighter duty?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 6, 2025, 6:19 AM
For machine tool and press applications, 30 liters per minute is a practical and commonly adequate flow rate. It keeps the valve from being oversized for the circuit, which actually helps with control precision. The DGMFN series was built with exactly those environments in mind, along with die casting, marine, and turbine control setups, so it's not a lightweight valve by any stretch.
Question by: Shane S on Sep 30, 2025, 11:15 AM
How wide is this valve, exactly? I'm working with a tight space.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 1, 2025, 1:13 PM
This Vickers valve has a width of 1.45 inches, making it suitable for installations where space is a premium.
