VICKERS KDG3V 5 2C90N E 10

Description & Features

Designed for precision flow control across demanding industrial environments, the Vickers KDG3V 5 2C90N E 10 is a direct-acting proportional valve rated at 90 litres per minute. Fluorocarbon seals provide reliable compatibility with a wide range of hydraulic fluids, making this valve well suited to heavy-duty continuous-duty applications.

Available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, to match varying application requirements, this valve supports plug-and-play functionality that reduces commissioning time. Suitable for use in machine tool, press, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, primary metal and paper, turbine control, and test equipment and simulation contexts.

Question by: Randy B on Jan 1, 2026, 12:38 PM
We run these valves pretty much around the clock on our press line. Fluorocarbon seals hold up to that kind of continuous use, or are they gonna start breaking down after a while?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 2, 2026, 7:34 PM
Fluorocarbon seals are well suited to heavy-duty continuous-duty applications, so running this valve around the clock on a press line is exactly the kind of workload it's built for. That seal material holds up across a wide range of hydraulic fluids without breaking down prematurely, which is part of why it gets specified for demanding industrial environments in the first place.
Question by: Daryl S on Apr 6, 2026, 9:25 PM
I'm seeing 90 liters per minute flow rate. Is that the max, or can it handle a little more for short bursts?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 7, 2026, 9:39 PM
That 90 liters per minute is the rated flow. Running it higher, even for short times, could cause problems with performance and reliability.
