VICKERS DGMX1 3 PP BW B 40

Description & Features

Designed for machine tool and multiple industrial applications, the Vickers DGMX1 3 PP BW B 40 is a SystemStak directional control valve built to simplify circuit assembly and reduce installation costs. The stacked valve design eliminates external leakage points and boosts resistance to contamination, key advantages in demanding hydraulic systems where reliability and cleanliness are critical.

Rated for a flow capacity of 60 litres per minute, this valve uses Buna-N seals suited to standard hydraulic fluid compatibility. As part of the Vickers SystemStak platform, it integrates directly with other stacked components, reducing the number of external connections required and keeping the overall footprint compact. This is a Vickers-branded product, now supported under the Danfoss/Eaton product line.

Question by: Brett C on May 15, 2025, 9:12 PM
I'm looking to replace a valve on an older machine, and this one looks about right. Is there a newer part number for the DGMX1 3 PP BW B 40?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 17, 2025, 6:13 PM
Use-case-first: While this is a Vickers part, it's now supported under the Danfoss/Eaton product line, so you're still getting a current product. The part number you have is still valid.
Question by: Sherry M on Mar 16, 2026, 10:48 AM
flow rate on this one's listed at 60 LPM, that enough for most machine tool setups or is it gonna be a bottleneck?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 18, 2026, 9:09 AM
For the majority of machine tool circuits, 60 litres per minute is solid working capacity. Where it can get tight is in high-demand multi-actuator setups where peak flow requirements stack up fast. If your system is running a single axis or a modest circuit, you're well within range. Just make sure your total demand at any given moment doesn't push past that ceiling or you'll start seeing sluggish response.
