VICKERS DGMC 3 PT CW S 41

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMC-3 PT CW S 41 is a SystemStak directional control valve built to reduce installation complexity and eliminate external leakage points. The stacked valve configuration supports cleaner circuit assembly by removing the need for additional interconnecting hardware between valve stages.

Rated for flow up to 60 litres per minute and fitted with Buna-N seals, this valve is well-suited for applications requiring reliable contamination resistance. Typical uses span machine tool, press, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, primary metal, paper, test and simulation, and turbine control systems.

Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, the DGMC-3 series carries a 41 design designation and is classified as a directional control valve within the SystemStak product line.

Question by: Lee L on May 28, 2025, 6:03 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 60 LPM -- that enough for press and machine tool work or is it cutting it close for those applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 29, 2025, 7:07 PM
For most press and machine tool circuits, 60 litres per minute is a solid working range. Both of those applications are explicitly listed as intended uses for this valve, so it's not a marginal fit. Where you'd want to be more careful is if your system peaks above that figure under load, since 60 LPM is the rated ceiling. As long as your flow demands stay within that, you're in good shape for either application.

reckon this would hold up okay in a marine environment, salt water and all?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 10, 2025, 6:41 AM
This SystemStak valve is suited for marine and offshore applications. The Buna-N seals offer reliable contamination resistance, which is a plus in those settings.
