VICKERS DG4V 3 2B M FW H7 60

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V 3 2B M FW H7 60 is a single-stage directional control valve capable of handling flow rates up to 80 litres per minute. It supports both three- and four-way directional control configurations, making it adaptable across a wide range of hydraulic circuit designs.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility in typical hydraulic media, while the 30-watt solenoid rating suits standard industrial power supplies. The valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing machine designs. Suitable applications include machine tools, presses, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore systems, primary metal and paper processing, turbine control, covering wind, steam, and water, and test and simulation equipment.

Question by: Wes S on Jan 8, 2026, 1:25 PM
Reckon this valve will hold up in a die casting operation? Those machines can be real tough on equipment.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 9, 2026, 9:00 PM
Designed for demanding industrial uses, this Vickers valve is well-suited for die casting and foundry equipment, as well as machine tools and presses.
Question by: Harold H on Apr 5, 2026, 8:57 PM
flow rate on this one listed as 80 LPM, that enough for running a press application or is it gonna be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 7, 2026, 6:25 AM
For press applications, 80 litres per minute puts this valve well within range for most standard press circuits. Presses are actually one of the named applications for this valve, so it's a known-fit use case. Whether it's tight or comfortable depends on your specific flow demands, but 80 LPM is a solid working capacity for that kind of work.
