Running a refuse hauler and need something that'll hold up to pressure swings without bleeding off flow. This Vickers FCV7 rated for that kind of work?

It handles up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and can pass up to 350 litres per minute, so pressure swings in that kind of circuit are well within its range. The rated flow sits at 45 litres per minute, which is where it does its best work as a flow restrictor. Compact build keeps it from eating up space on a crowded machine too.
