Got a harvester that needs a flow restrictor on a 3/8" line running around 45 LPM. This the right valve for that kind of setup?

For that application, the FCV7 10 S 6T FF is rated exactly at 45 litres per minute and built around a 3/8" port size, so the fit on paper lines right up with what you're describing.
