Running a refuse hauler and need to keep flow dialed in without a bunch of pressure drop across the system. This valve cap out around 5000 psi?

Rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes it'll hold up to that. Flow tops out at 45 liters per minute on this particular unit, which is worth noting since the FCV7-10 series can handle up to 350 liters per minute depending on configuration.
