flow rate on this one is listed at 114 litres per minute -- is that the max it'll handle or just the rated flow for this particular model in the series?

114 litres per minute is the rated flow for this specific valve. The broader RV5-10 series can handle flows up to 300 L/min across its range, so there are other models in that lineup built for higher flow demands. If your system is running right at or under 114 L/min, this unit is the right fit. Pushing it beyond its rated flow isn't something you'd want to do on a regular basis.
