running a couple of these on our harvest equipment and wondering what the pressure and flow limits are on this valve before we start pushing it too hard

Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, with a flow capacity of 300 liters per minute or 80 US gallons per minute. For harvest equipment that's a solid ceiling to work within, and it lines up well with the kind of demands that application puts on a pressure control valve.
