VICKERS RV5 10 S 0 35/21

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers RV5 10 S 0 35/21 is a spool-style pressure control valve rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a flow capacity of up to 300 L/min (80 USgpm). Its compact form factor makes it well suited for installations where space is limited, without compromising pressure management performance.

This valve is commonly applied in harvesters, refuse haulers, and a range of mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. The spool construction supports reliable, consistent pressure regulation across variable load conditions. With a rated flow of 114 litres per minute and a design focused on flexibility within a minimal footprint, it fits a broad range of system configurations where dependable pressure control is required.

Question by: Roger H on Nov 11, 2025, 12:28 PM
Got a harvester that keeps blowing off pressure way sooner than it should, would the RV5 10 S 0 35/21 hold up to that kind of demand? What's the actual pressure ceiling on this thing?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 12, 2025, 9:06 PM
Rated to 350 bar, which works out to right around 5,000 psi, so it's built to handle serious pressure loads without giving out early. Flow capacity tops out at 300 litres per minute, or about 80 US gallons per minute, which gives it plenty of headroom for high-demand harvester circuits. The spool construction keeps pressure regulation consistent even when load conditions are shifting around, so you're not going to see it hunting or bleeding off prematurely under variable conditions.

Can this handle hydraulic systems on a big ol' harvester without losin' pressure?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 23, 2025, 7:16 PM
With a 350 bar (5,000 psi) rating, it's designed to maintain consistent pressure in demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic systems like those found on harvesters.
