VICKERS RV3 10 S 0 9/4

Description & Features

Designed for mobile and industrial hydraulic systems, the Vickers RV3 10 S 0 9/4 is a poppet-style pressure control valve rated for up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a flow capacity of 76 litres per minute. Its compact form factor makes it well-suited for installations where space is limited, including harvesters, refuse haulers, and a range of mobile equipment.

Part of the Vickers by Eaton/Danfoss RV3-10 series, this valve delivers reliable pressure control in a straightforward, economical package. The poppet construction supports consistent sealing performance across variable load conditions common in demanding mobile and industrial environments.

Reckon this valve would hold up on a rig running near its max pressure all day long?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 13, 2025, 11:55 AM
Designed for both mobile and industrial hydraulic systems, this Vickers RV3-10 valve is rated to handle continuous pressure up to 350 bar (5,000 psi), so it should be suitable for demanding duty cycles.
Question by: Wayne B on Apr 29, 2025, 11:44 AM
Running this on a refuse hauler that's been giving us fits with pressure spikes. That 350 bar rating hold up in real working conditions or is that more of a peak number?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 1, 2025, 7:30 AM
350 bar is the rated maximum for this valve, and poppet-style construction is generally well suited for handling variable load conditions without losing its seal. Refuse haulers are actually one of the listed applications for this series, so it's built with that kind of work in mind. The poppet design helps it stay consistent even when pressure isn't steady, which is pretty common on that type of equipment.
