Runs up to 350 bar you said, but what about flow, got a system pushing close to 80 gallons a minute and wondering if this valve can keep up with that

Rated right at 300 liters per minute, which works out to 80 US gallons per minute, so you're sitting right at the top of what this valve handles. Pressure ceiling is 5000 psi, so between the two, you're covered on both ends as long as your system stays within those numbers.
