flow rate on this one is listed at 76 liters per minute but I also see 300 L/min mentioned somewhere, which number actually applies to this valve?

The 76 liters per minute (20 US gpm) is the flow rate for this specific valve. The 300 L/min figure you're seeing is a broader series capability and doesn't apply to this particular model. For the work you're sizing it for, plan around the 76 L/min rating.
