VICKERS RV3 10 F 0 6/5

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers RV3 10 F 0 6/5 is a poppet-style pressure control valve rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a flow capacity of up to 300 L/min (80 USgpm). Its compact footprint and poppet construction make it well-suited for installations where space is limited and consistent pressure regulation is required.

This valve is commonly applied across harvesters, refuse haulers, and a broad range of mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. With a flow rate of 76 litres per minute and a design emphasis on reliability and flexibility, it fits into tight installation envelopes without compromising performance. Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, it belongs to the RV3-10 series of pressure control valves.

Is this valve something I can swap in for a Vickers RV3-10 I've got on a refuse truck?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 6, 2025, 3:53 PM
Application-wise, yes, this RV3 10 F 0 6/5 is used on refuse haulers, among other mobile and industrial applications. Just confirm that the pressure and flow requirements align with your system since it's rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and 300 L/min (80 USgpm).
Question by: Brent H on Jul 17, 2025, 7:37 AM
running a refuse hauler and need to know if this valve can hold up at 5000 psi, is that actually the max rated pressure or just a continuous working limit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 18, 2025, 9:29 PM
350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi, is the rated pressure for this valve. That figure comes straight from the RV3-10 series specs, so you're looking at a unit built to handle that level of demand in exactly the kind of heavy-duty mobile equipment you're describing.
