Got a harvester throwing high pressure fits and need a compact relief valve that won't eat up a bunch of real estate on the manifold, this RV1 poppet style hold up to 5000 psi?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 24, 2026, 9:57 AM
Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes it'll handle that pressure load. The poppet style design keeps the footprint small, which matters when you're working around tight manifold layouts on harvest equipment. Flow capacity on this particular valve is 30 liters per minute, so just make sure that lines up with what your system is pulling through.

Is this control valve alright for equipment that's run pretty hard, like all day long?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 6, 2025, 1:24 PM
Built to withstand demanding industrial and mobile applications, the Vickers RV1-10 series pressure control valves are definitely suitable for continuous operation in equipment like harvesters and refuse haulers. Just make sure the pressure and flow rates are within the valve's specified limits.
