runs up to 350 bar you said, but what's the actual flow this valve is rated to handle at full pressure?

At full rated pressure of 350 bar (5000 psi), the valve is built to handle up to 300 liters per minute, which works out to about 80 US gallons per minute. The 30 liters per minute figure you may also see refers to a separate flow specification tied to this particular model configuration. So for high-demand circuits running near that pressure ceiling, the 300 L/min capacity is what gives you the real headroom on flow.
