Running this on a refuse hauler that's been giving us grief with pressure spikes. The valve we got now ain't holding steady past about 4000 psi. This RV6A rated to handle that kind of pressure regular, or is 5000 psi more of a peak number?

350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, is the maximum pressure rating for this valve.
