Running this on a refuse hauler that works pretty hard most days. What kind of flow and pressure can I actually count on from this valve?

Rated for 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and it'll handle up to 300 liters per minute, or 80 US gallons per minute. The flow rate listed for this particular model comes in at 303 liters per minute, so you're right in that range for heavy mobile equipment.
