Running a refuse hauler and need a 4-way 3-position valve that can hold up to some serious pressure. This MRV3 rated for 5000 psi or is that just a peak number?

350 bar is the pressure rating on this valve, which converts to 5000 psi. That's not a burst figure or a momentary spike allowance, that's the rated operating pressure for the valve.
