Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Floyd F on Jun 15, 2025, 6:26 PM
Running this on a 12-volt system in a refuse hauler, pressure's gonna hit around 4800 psi pretty regular. That gonna be a problem for this valve?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 17, 2025, 6:21 AM
At 4800 psi you've got some comfortable room to work with. The valve is rated up to 5000 psi, so that operating pressure falls within spec. The hardened and ground steel construction is built to hold up in exactly the kind of heavy-duty, repetitive-use situations you'd find on a refuse hauler, so it's a reasonable fit for that environment.
Question by: Rick H on Aug 27, 2025, 3:02 PM
What kind of machines would this solenoid valve typically be used on?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 29, 2025, 2:58 PM
It's made to work in both mobile and industrial setups. You'll often find it in equipment like harvesters and refuse haulers where you need a reliable hydraulic component.
