Got a harvester that keeps blowing off pressure way sooner than it should. This a poppet-style valve and would it hold steady at higher settings, say up to 5000 psi?

Poppet-style valves generally hold pressure settings more consistently than spool types, and this one is rated to 350 bar which works out to right at 5000 psi. So yeah, if your current valve is relieving early, swapping to this Vickers RV1-10 series unit could clean that up. It's built for the kind of duty you'd see on harvesting equipment specifically, so it's not a mismatch for that application at all.
