Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers FR2 10 I 0 /0.20 is an adjustable, pressure-compensated flow regulator valve rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a flow capacity of up to 350 L/min (92 USgpm). The unit delivers a regulated output of 38 litres per minute, maintaining consistent flow regardless of load-induced pressure variation.
This valve is well suited to harvesters, refuse haulers, and a broad range of mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits where reliable flow regulation in a compact package is required. The pressure-compensated design helps maintain stable flow under fluctuating system pressures, reducing the need for frequent manual adjustment. Its economical construction makes it a practical choice for high-cycle applications where durability and consistent performance are priorities.

flow rate on this one says 38 litres per minute -- is that fixed or can you dial it up or down to suit your setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 14, 2025, 1:13 PM
Adjustable is exactly what this valve is. The FR2 10 I 0 /0.20 is built as an adjustable, pressure-compensated flow regulator, so you're not locked into one output. The 38 litres per minute figure is the regulated output it's set to deliver, but the adjustable design gives you the ability to tune flow to match what your circuit actually needs. That pressure-compensated feature also means it holds your target flow steady even when system pressure bounces around, which saves a lot of back-and-forth fiddling on equipment that sees variable loads.
