Question by: Darryl B on Jan 16, 2026, 8:13 PM
We run a couple harvesters and I been lookin for a flow control valve that won't give out on us mid-season. This Vickers FR2-10 rated for that kind of continuous field work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 18, 2026, 7:22 PM
Harvesters are actually one of the named applications for this valve, so it fits right in that kind of environment. It handles up to 350 bar (5000 psi) and flows up to 350 liters per minute, so the pressure and volume demands of harvest equipment are well within its range. The adjustable pressure compensation keeps flow regulated even when system pressure shifts, which matters a lot when loads change throughout the day. Built under the Vickers name through Danfoss/Eaton, so the construction is meant for that kind of demanding, repetitive use.
Question by: Johnny B on Jun 25, 2025, 12:19 PM
What kind of machines would this flow control valve typically go on?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 26, 2025, 1:11 PM
It's made to work well on machines like harvesters and refuse haulers, but it's also good for other mobile and industrial applications where you need to manage flow.
