Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers FR1 16 F 0 /15.00 is a fixed pressure compensated flow regulator built to handle up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and flow rates up to 350 L/min (92 USgpm). Its compact form factor makes it well suited for installations where space is limited without compromising performance.
Rated at 114 litres per minute, this flow control valve maintains consistent output regardless of load-induced pressure variations, a key requirement in applications such as harvesters and refuse haulers. The fixed pressure compensation design keeps flow regulation reliable and economical across a wide range of mobile and stationary hydraulic circuits. Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, it belongs to the FR1-16 series of SICV flow control valves.

Question by: Rex F on Dec 3, 2025, 7:45 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 114 litres per minute -- is that the regulated output it holds steady at, or just a max ceiling it won't go past?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 5, 2025, 8:42 AM
That 114 litre per minute figure is the regulated output this valve holds to, not a ceiling. The fixed pressure compensation design is what makes that possible. It keeps flow consistent even when load-induced pressure variations would otherwise cause the output to drift. So whether pressure conditions shift upstream or downstream, the flow stays locked in at that rated value. That kind of steady output is exactly why these valves get used in things like harvesters and refuse haulers where inconsistent flow causes real operational problems.
Question by: Ricky R on Oct 30, 2025, 8:56 PM
Reckon this would be alright on a harvester, pressure-wise?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 1, 2025, 6:39 AM
This flow control valve handles up to 350 bar (5,000 psi), which should be suitable for many harvester hydraulic systems.
