What kind of flow rate does this regulator actually put out, and what's the max pressure it can handle before things go sideways?

Running at 38 liters per minute for the regulated flow output, with a ceiling of 350 bar (5000 psi) on the pressure side. The valve can also pass up to 350 liters per minute (92 US gallons per minute) total flow through it. For most mobile and industrial setups that fall within those numbers, you're in good shape.
