Can this Vickers valve handle being used in a garbage truck application?

runs up to 60 LPM on this one, but I seen the features say 160 L/min somewhere -- which number actually applies to this valve?

The 60 liters per minute figure is the rated flow for this specific unit. The 160 L/min ceiling applies to the broader ERV1-10 series, so higher-flow configurations exist within that product family. For this particular valve, plan your system around the 60 LPM rating.
