got a harvester that keeps blowing relief valves and someone told me the PRV1-10 series might be a better fit, this one handle up to 5000 psi?

Yes, 5000 psi is the rated maximum for this valve, which works out to 350 bar. For harvester applications that's a solid pressure ceiling, and the spool-style design keeps things compact so it's not going to take up a lot of real estate in a tight machine bay.
