Designed for mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers CBV1 10 S IA8H A 30 is a 3-ported, externally piloted motion control valve rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with a flow capacity of up to 550 L/min (143 USgpm). With a 1/2-inch port size and a working flow rate of 60 litres per minute, it suits a range of load-holding and motion control applications including harvesters and refuse haulers.
Compliance with ISO 8643 supports use in demanding mobile equipment environments. The externally piloted configuration provides excellent stability when controlling moving or suspended loads, making this valve a reliable choice where precise load management is critical. Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, the CBV1-10 series is a well-established platform in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Cheryl M on Apr 8, 2025, 5:59 PM
Got a harvester that's been giving us fits with load drift on the boom circuit. Would this CBV1-10 valve hold up to that kind of application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 10, 2025, 6:12 AM
Load drift on boom circuits is exactly the kind of problem this valve was built around. The externally piloted configuration gives it solid stability when you've got a moving or suspended load, which is common on harvesters. It's rated to 350 bar and handles up to 550 L/min, so the pressure and flow headroom is there for demanding mobile equipment work. ISO 8643 compliance also puts it in line with the standards those environments call for.
