Running a refuse hauler and need a check valve that'll hold up to the pressure we're throwing at it, this setup hits around 4,800 psi on a regular basis. The POC1 10 S 0 030 rated high enough for that kind of work?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi, that valve has enough headroom for what you're describing. A regular operating load around 4,800 psi sits well within the rated ceiling, so you're not pushing the limits on pressure.
