Question by: Hubert H on Aug 27, 2025, 12:59 PM
Flow rate on this one, does the 30 LPM rating mean that's the sweet spot for normal runnin, or can it push up to that 60 GPM max without causin problems?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 29, 2025, 7:49 AM
At 30 liters per minute (around 8 GPM), you're lookin at the rated operational flow where the valve performs at its best efficiency. That said, the CV3-8 is built to handle up to 227 L/min (60 USgpm) at the upper end, so there's real headroom if your system demands it. Just keep in mind the rated flow and the maximum flow serve different purposes. Staying near that 30 LPM range day to day keeps things runnin smooth and efficient.
Question by: Debbie B on Sep 15, 2025, 12:35 PM
Will this check valve hold up in a hydraulic system on a refuse truck, dealin' with all them bumps and jolts?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 17, 2025, 6:06 AM
These Vickers check valves are well-suited for mobile hydraulic applications like refuse haulers, so it should be able to handle the vibrations and stresses.
