VICKERS CV16 10 P 0 05

Description & Features

Rated to 350 bar (5000 psi) with a flow capacity of 76 litres per minute, this poppet-style check valve is built for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits. The VICKERS CV16 10 P 0 05 is part of the CV16-10 series from Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton, designed to deliver reliable non-return flow control across a range of duty cycles.

Low spring settings contribute to high operational efficiency, reducing pressure drop during normal flow conditions. Suitable for use in harvesters, refuse haulers, and a broad range of mobile and industrial equipment, this valve is a dependable fit where consistent check valve performance is required in high-pressure hydraulic circuits.

What kinda flow rate are we talkin' with this check valve?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 3, 2026, 10:02 AM
This poppet-style check valve can handle up to 76 liters per minute, which is about 20 US gallons per minute. It's meant for circuits that need a good flow capacity.
Question by: Ronnie P on Dec 14, 2025, 7:03 PM
Got a harvester sitting idle cause the check valve gave out, will this CV16-10 hold up at 5000 psi on that kind of machine?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 16, 2025, 2:11 PM
Harvesters are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so you're in the right place. It's rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and handles up to 76 litres per minute. The poppet-style design and low spring settings keep pressure drop low during normal flow, which matters on a machine that works hard all day. Should be a solid fit for that circuit.
