VICKERS RV5-10V-K-0-20/

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers RV5-10V-K-0-20/ is a spool-style pressure control valve rated for up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and capable of handling flow rates up to 300 L/min (80 USgpm). Its compact form factor makes it well suited for installations where space is constrained without sacrificing performance capacity.

Part of the Vickers by Danfoss RV5-10 Series, this valve is a reliable choice for use in harvesters, refuse haulers, and a broad range of mobile and stationary hydraulic systems. With a rated flow of 114 litres per minute, it balances economical construction with the flexibility to serve varied application requirements across both sectors.

Question by: Todd H on Apr 30, 2025, 6:11 AM
Running this on a refuse hauler that cycles pretty hard throughout the day. At 114 liters a minute rated flow, is that gonna hold up without pressure creep over a full shift?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 2, 2025, 6:07 AM
Refuse haulers put real demand on pressure control valves, and the RV5-10V-K-0-20 is rated for exactly that kind of application. The valve handles up to 300 liters per minute max flow and holds pressure up to 350 bar, so a rated working flow of 114 liters per minute on a hard-cycling hauler sits well within its operating range. Pressure stability through a full shift is what this series is built around, and mobile duty cycles like refuse collection are specifically called out as a target application for it.

How much space does this thing need, dimensions-wise?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 6, 2026, 6:43 AM
It's built to be compact, with a product width of just 1.5 inches, making it suitable for tight spots.
