runs to 60 gpm on our bigger rigs but this one's slotted for a smaller circuit, what kind of flow should I actually expect out of it?

The 60 gpm and 350 bar numbers you may have seen reflect the broader SV13 series ceiling, not the output of this specific unit. For a smaller circuit that's a reasonable match, just make sure your line sizing and pump output align with that 45 L/min rating before finalizing the install.
