VICKERS FCV7-10V-S-8H-FF

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers FCV7-10V-S-8H-FF is a flow restrictor-style flow control valve suited for use in harvesters, refuse haulers, and a range of industrial hydraulic circuits. It delivers a flow rate of 45 litres per minute through a 1/2" port, with the FCV7-10 series rated to handle up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and flows up to 350 L/min across the range.

Compact in form and reliable in service, this valve offers a practical balance of pressure handling and flow control without unnecessary complexity. The Vickers sub-brand, now part of the Danfoss/Eaton portfolio, is well established in hydraulic control applications where consistent performance and component durability are priorities.

Question by: Norm R on Feb 24, 2026, 1:37 PM
Got a harvester that's been eating flow control valves, would this Vickers FCV7-10V-S-8H-FF hold up to that kind of regular abuse, or is it more of a light-duty part?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 25, 2026, 6:28 PM
Harvesters are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so it's not out of its element there. Rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and capable of handling up to 350 L/min across the FCV7-10 series, it's built for the kind of demanding mobile environments where components take a beating. The flow restrictor style keeps things mechanically straightforward, which generally means fewer failure points under sustained use. For a harvester circuit, this is a reasonable fit.

Hey, will this here valve work okay on a grain harvester?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 1, 2025, 3:40 PM
Application-wise, it's designed for harvesters as well as refuse haulers, so it should do the job for you. Just double-check the flow rates and pressure handling line up with what your equipment needs.
