Reckon this would be alright for a splitter on my log hauler?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 10, 2025, 7:35 AM
This solenoid valve is designed for mobile and industrial applications, including use on harvesters and refuse haulers, so it should be suitable for a log hauler splitter if its pressure and flow rate needs align with the valve's 350 bar (5000 psi) and 45 liters per minute capacity.
Question by: Terry P on Jun 5, 2025, 12:20 PM
Running a 12-volt system on a refuse hauler and need a solenoid valve that can hold up to some serious pressure. This one rated for 5000 psi?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 7, 2025, 7:04 AM
Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes it'll handle that kind of pressure without breaking a sweat. The SICV series is built around hardened and ground steel construction, which gives it the durability you'd want in a refuse hauler environment where things get rough and cycles are constant.
