Running a refuse hauler and need a normally closed solenoid valve rated for high pressure. This SV5-8-C here, does it hold up to 5,000 psi or is that just a peak rating?

350 bar is the rated operating pressure for this valve, which works out to right around 5,000 psi. That's not a burst or peak figure, that's the working pressure rating for the SV5-8-C series.
