Running this on a refuse hauler and just want to make sure I got the right numbers before I order. What's the max pressure and flow this thing can handle?

Rated up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, and it'll handle flow up to 350 liters per minute, or about 92 US gallons per minute. That's a solid operating envelope for heavy mobile equipment like refuse haulers, so if your system runs within those limits you're in good shape.
