flow rate on this one is listed at 60 L/min -- is that fixed for this model or does it vary by configuration?

For this particular model, the 60 litre per minute flow rate is specific to this configuration. The broader CBV1-10 series is rated up to 550 L/min (143 USgpm), so the series itself can handle much higher flows, but the CBV1-10V-S-0-A-30/25 you're looking at is set up for 60 L/min. If your circuit needs something different, there are other configurations in the CBV1-10 lineup that may be a better match.
