VICKERS FR2-10V-C-0-/3.00

Description & Features

Designed for mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers FR2-10V-C-0-/3.00 is an adjustable, pressure-compensated flow regulator rated for demanding duty in applications such as harvesters and refuse haulers. It maintains consistent flow output regardless of load-induced pressure variations, making it well suited for circuits where stable flow control is critical.

The FR2-10 Series is built to handle up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and up to 350 L/min (92 US gpm), with this specific valve configured for a flow rate of 38 litres per minute. The pressure-compensated design delivers reliable regulation while keeping the package compact and economical relative to its performance range. The Vickers brand, now part of the Danfoss/Eaton portfolio, carries a well-established reputation in industrial and mobile hydraulic system components.

flow rate on this one is set to 38 litres per minute yeah? just want to make sure before i order cause we been burning through the wrong valves all season on our harvester rig
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 18, 2025, 10:17 AM
Correct, the flow rate on this specific valve is configured for 38 litres per minute. The FR2-10 series itself can handle up to 350 L/min (92 US gpm) and up to 350 bar (5,000 psi), but this particular model comes set at 38 L/min. Since it's adjustable and pressure-compensated, it'll hold that flow steady even when load pressures shift around on you, which matters a lot in harvester applications where conditions change constantly.
