runs up to 5000 psi on our harvester rig, just want to make sure this valve ain't gonna have a problem keeping up with that pressure

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that is right at the rated pressure ceiling for this valve. Running a harvester application at that level is exactly the kind of load this series was built around.
