Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Merle H on Apr 3, 2026, 6:16 PM
got a harvester that's been burning through solenoid valves and someone told me the SV5-8-CM series might hold up better, this one rated for 5000 psi?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 5, 2026, 6:54 AM
Rated at 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so yes, it can handle high-pressure demand without flinching. The body is hardened and ground steel, which is part of why these hold up better than lighter-duty alternatives in equipment like harvesters. For applications that keep cycling hard, that construction makes a real difference in how long the valve lasts.
