Running this on a refuse hauler setup, does it have enough pressure handling for that kind of work?

For refuse hauler applications, 350 bar (5000 psi) is a solid pressure ceiling, and this valve is actually listed specifically for that use case alongside harvesters and other mobile equipment. The 227 L/min (60 USgpm) max flow capacity gives you plenty of headroom for demanding cycles.
