Question by: Larry H on Aug 19, 2025, 4:00 PM
Reckon this valve could handle the hydraulic setup on my dump truck?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 21, 2025, 6:23 AM
Designed for mobile and industrial applications, this Vickers motion control valve is often found on harvesters and refuse haulers, so it should be suitable for a dump truck setup as long as you're within its pressure and flow rate parameters.
Question by: Wayne P on Dec 12, 2025, 4:29 PM
We run a fleet of refuse haulers and been looking at motion control valves to keep things stable when loads are moving around. This the right kind of valve for that sort of application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 14, 2025, 6:49 AM
Refuse haulers are actually one of the primary applications this valve series was built around, along with harvesters and other mobile equipment. The VCB1-10 is a pilot-assisted relief valve with a built-in check, which is what gives it that load-holding stability. It's rated to 350 bar (5000 psi) and handles up to 60 liters per minute, so it's got the muscle for the kind of work those trucks put it through day in and day out.
