VICKERS FR2-10-I-0-/1.20

Description & Features

Designed for pressure-compensated flow regulation across mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers FR2-10-I-0-/1.20 is an adjustable flow control valve suited for demanding applications including harvesters and refuse haulers. It delivers a rated flow of 38 litres per minute with a system-wide capability of up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) and 350 L/min (92 US gpm), making it a capable fit for high-pressure hydraulic systems.

Part of the Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton FR2-10 series, this valve combines reliable pressure compensation with a compact, economical form factor. Its adjustable regulator style allows flow to be set and maintained consistently regardless of load-induced pressure variations, a practical advantage in mobile equipment where operating conditions change frequently.

Question by: Janet R on Mar 7, 2026, 2:56 PM
flow rate on this one says 38 LPM but then it also mentions 350 L/min capability -- which number actually matters for sizing it to my circuit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 8, 2026, 8:27 PM
Both numbers serve different purposes. The 38 litres per minute is the rated flow for this specific valve, meaning that is what it is calibrated to regulate under normal operating conditions. The 350 L/min figure reflects the broader system capacity of the FR2-10 series, essentially the upper boundary the valve and circuit can handle without issue. For sizing purposes, you want to work from that 38 LPM rated flow when matching it to your actuator or motor requirements.
Question by: Frank H on Jul 18, 2025, 8:10 PM
Will this handle hydraulic fluid in a harvester without any trouble?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 6:00 AM
Designed for demanding mobile and industrial applications like harvesters, the Vickers FR2-10-I-0-/1.20 flow control valve is well-suited for use with hydraulic fluid in harvesters. It can handle pressures up to 350 bar (5,000 psi).
