got a refuse hauler that keeps killing check valves under heavy cycling, would the SPC2-8V-P-O-65 hold up to that kind of punishment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 30, 2026, 12:56 PM
Refuse haulers are actually one of the listed applications for this valve, so it's built with that kind of demanding cycle work in mind. The poppet-style design handles high-pressure environments well, and the 350 bar (5000 psi) rating gives you plenty of headroom for the pressure spikes that come with that type of equipment. The 227 L/min flow capacity keeps things moving without backing up under load, and the low spring settings help cut down on pressure drop during operation, which adds up to less heat and less wear over time.
