VICKERS PTS9-8N-0000-080-00-A

Description & Features

Designed for demanding mobile and industrial environments, the Vickers PTS9-8N-0000-080-00-A is a spool-style directional control valve built to handle pressures up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with flow capacity up to 265 L/min (70 USgpm). Its compact footprint makes it well suited for installations where space is constrained without sacrificing performance or flexibility.

Part of the Vickers PTS9-8 Series from Danfoss/Eaton, this valve is commonly applied in harvesters, refuse haulers, and a broad range of mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits. The spool configuration supports reliable directional flow control, and the series is noted for its economical design and adaptability across multiple circuit configurations.

Running a refuse hauler and need a directional control valve that can keep up with the pressure demands on the circuit. This one rated for 5,000 psi?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 6, 2026, 12:33 PM
Rated right up to 350 bar, which works out to 5,000 psi, so yes it can handle the pressure loads common in refuse hauler hydraulic circuits. Flow capacity tops out at 265 L/min, or about 70 USgpm, so it's got plenty of headroom for that kind of application. The PTS9-8 series was built with exactly these mobile environments in mind, harvesters and refuse haulers being two of the most common fits.
