Running a refuse hauler and trying to figure out if this valve can actually handle the kind of pressure we're throwing at it day in and day out. We're regularly seeing system pressure around 4800 psi. That gonna be a problem?

At 4800 psi you're well within the rated limit. The CBV1-10-S-0-A-30/18.5 is built to handle up to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, so you've got a comfortable margin there.
